针对国内综采设备自动化程度低的现状,提出了一种综采装备协同控制系统的实现方法,分析了其硬件构成和软件架构及基本原理。液压支架可以根据采煤机的位置自动执行动作,实现了跟机自动化,采煤机可以根据自身以及液压支架和刮板输送机的传感信息自适应控制,并通过工业性试验验证本系统的可靠性和稳定性。
Aimed at the low degree of automation of domestic fully mechanized mining equipment, a method to realize the synergetic control system of fully mechanized mining equipment was put forward. The hardware structure, software structure and basic principle were analyzed.
