目的探讨手术对喉癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及其细胞因子的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年1月收治的择期行喉癌根治术的喉癌患者50例作为研究组,同时选择50例健康成人作为对照组。观察两组研究对象外周血T细胞亚群(CD4+和CD8+)及其细胞因子(IL-2、IL-10、IL-25、IL-27和IL-35)水平并进行比较。结果研究组患者与对照组比较CD4+T细胞[(20.48±6.43)%vs(27.53±7.38)%]、CD4+/CD8+T细胞比例(0.63±0.12 vs 0.80±0.15)、IL-2[(8.49±2.49)ng/ml vs(32.43±4.39)ng/ml]、IL-25[(12.49±4.39)ng/L vs(28.49±6.94)ng/L]、IL-27[(18.94±6.49)ng/L vs(32.84±8.37)ng/L]水平显著降低,IL-10[(154.39±23.59)ng/ml vs(23.94±5.39)ng/ml]、IL-35[(216.84±58.33)ng/L vs(178.46±56.48)ng/L]水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。喉癌患者术后与术前比较CD4+T细胞[(24.38±4.38)%vs(20.48±6.43)%]、IL-2[(15.39±4.39)ng/ml vs(8.49±2.49)ng/ml]、IL-25[(19.84±5.39)ng/L vs(12.49±4.39)ng/L]、IL-27[(25.30±5.49)ng/L vs(18.94±6.49)ng/L]水平显著升高,IL-10[(69.49±18.49)ng/ml vs(154.39±23.59)ng/ml]水平显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论喉癌患者存在一定程度的免疫功能障碍,手术可改善其免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effects of surgery on T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods Fifty patients with laryngeal cancer scheduled for radical resection of laryngeal cancer admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study group and 50 healthy adults were selected as the control group. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 + and CD8 +) and cytokines (IL-2, IL-10, IL-25, IL-27 and IL-35) in peripheral blood of the two groups were observed and compared.
