针对铁路的RAMS国际标准自颁布以来,其重要性以及对日本的影响受到广泛认可。另一方面,运用信息技术的新型列控系统的研发工作正在大力展开。鉴于以上情况,我们认为有必要确定RAMS各项指标均衡优化系统的构建方法。在构建新的信号系统时,以RAMS的理念为依托,列举几个系统构建的参考方案,根据线路等级和环境,介绍评估方法。
Since the promulgation of the RAMS international standard for railways, its importance and its impact on Japan have been widely recognized. On the other hand, research and development of new train control systems using information technology are under way. In view of the above, we think it is necessary to determine the RAMS indicators balanced optimization system construction method. In the construction of a new signal system, based on the concept of RAMS, several system reference schemes are listed, and the evaluation methods are introduced according to the line grade and the environment.
