采用离子交换法制备了一系列磷钨酸根插层Zn-Ti水滑石,利用XRD、FTIR、SEM对所制催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,磷钨酸根插层锌钛水滑石后仍保持原有的骨架结构。用制备的类水滑石催化脂肪酸甲酯环氧化反应,考察了所制催化剂的催化性能。当n(过氧化氢)∶n(原料双键)=1.5∶1,催化剂用量为脂肪酸甲酯质量的7.0%,在70℃下反应7 h时,脂肪酸甲酯转化率可达90.6%,环氧化产物选择性可达86.0%,优于Zn-Ti水滑石,其对脂肪酸甲酯环氧化反应显示出较高的催化活性。插层水滑石重复使用5次后,催化性能仍较稳定。
A series of phosphotungstate intercalated Zn-Ti hydrotalcites were prepared by ion exchange method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The results show that the original framework structure remains after phosphotungstate intercalated zinc-titanium hydrotalcite. The prepared hydrotalcite was used to catalyze the epoxidation of fatty acid methyl ester. The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was investigated. When the molar ratio of n (hydrogen peroxide): n (raw material double bond) = 1.5:1, the amount of catalyst is 7.0% of the mass of fatty acid methyl ester and the reaction time is 7 h at 70 ℃, the conversion of fatty acid methyl ester reaches 90.6% The selectivity of oxidation products was up to 86.0%, better than that of Zn-Ti hydrotalcite, which showed high catalytic activity for the fatty acid methyl ester epoxidation. Intercalated hydrotalcite repeated use of 5 times, the catalytic performance is still relatively stable.
