三维变截面辊弯成形是一种新兴成形工艺,可生产不同截面形状的产品,对汽车轻量化发挥重要作用。为探索其成形机理和变形特征,文章建立了6道次的三维变截面辊弯成形生产线有限元模型,对汽车B柱下部加强板的成形过程进行分析。从仿真结果中提取等效应力、等效塑性应变、板料厚度及成形截面等参数,并通过实验进行研究对比。结果表明,仿真数据与实验结果高度一致,说明所建立的仿真模型能够为产品的大批量生产提供有效理论支撑。
Three-dimensional variable cross-section roll forming is an emerging forming process that can produce products with different cross-sectional shapes and play an important role in the lightweighting of automobiles. In order to explore its forming mechanism and deformation characteristics, a finite element model of six-pass three-dimensional roll forming line with variable cross-section was established to analyze the forming process of the stiffened plate at the lower part of B-pillar. Equivalent stress, equivalent plastic strain, sheet thickness and forming section were extracted from the simulation results and compared by experiments. The results show that the simulation data are highly consistent with the experimental results, indicating that the simulation model can provide effective theoretical support for mass production of products.
