大型钢结构构件的质量较大,在安装过程中一般采用脚手架多层回顶的方法。假设各层混凝土楼板平均分担钢构件传递的临时支撑荷载,这对于大跨度混凝土楼板可能带来安全隐患。结合实际工程实例,对超高层大型钢结构转换桁架不同的临时支撑方案进行了研究,分析了混凝土楼板和回顶脚手架的受力状态,提出了可能出现安全隐患的情况,给出了采用转换钢地梁的解决办法。结果证明是安全、经济有效的。
Large-scale steel components of greater quality, the installation process generally used scaffolding multi-layer back to the top of the method.
