目的:探讨~(99m)Tc-DTPA-DG(二乙三胺五乙酸-脱氧葡萄糖)探测肿瘤的价值。材料和方法:荷MCF-7乳腺癌裸鼠和金葡萄球菌炎症小鼠注射3.7MBq ~(99m)Tc-DTPA-DG 0.1mL后,行动物体内分布及体外显像研究。结果:静脉注射3.7MBq ~(99m)Tc-DTPA-DG后2小时分布实验显示荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤组织的放射性摄取值为2.10±0.02,肿瘤/肌肉放射性摄取率比值为5.01±1.02,金葡萄球菌炎症小鼠炎症组织的放射性摄取值为0.81±0.03,炎症/肌肉放射性摄取率比值为1.2±0.08。静脉注射~(99m)Tc-DTPA-DG后2小时显像荷瘤裸鼠的肿瘤/本底比值3.8±0.95明显高于炎症小鼠的炎症/本底比值1.2±0.62(P<0.05)。结论:~(99m)Tc-DTPA-DG显示较好肿瘤靶向性,能清晰显示肿瘤组织。
Objective: To investigate the value of ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA-DG (diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid-deoxyglucose) in the detection of tumors. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In vivo distribution and in vitro imaging studies of mice injected with 0.1 mL of 3.7 MBq ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA-DG with MCF-7 breast cancer nude mice and mice staphylococcus aureus were performed. Results: The distribution of tumor cells in tumor-bearing nude mice at 2 hours after intravenous injection of 3.7MBq ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA-DG showed a radioactive uptake value of 2.10 ± 0.02 and a tumor / muscle radioactive uptake ratio of 5 .01 ± 1.02, the radioactive uptake value of inflammatory tissue in S. aureus mice was 0.81 ± 0.03, and the ratio of inflammation to muscle radioactivity uptake was 1.2 ± 0.08. Tumor-to-background ratio imaging of tumor-bearing nude mice at 2 hours after intravenous injection of ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA-DG 3.8 ± 0.95 was significantly higher than the inflammation / background ratio of inflammatory mice 1.2 ± 0 .62 (P <0.05). Conclusion: ~ (99m) Tc-DTPA-DG shows good tumor targeting and can clearly show the tumor tissue.
