为了建立具有中国特色的社会主义教育学,总结我国优秀教师的教学经验是一项必不可少的工作。因为实践是检验真理的唯一标准,只有从实践中来又回到实践中去经过检验证明正确的东西,才能成为指导教育实践的规律。我国有近一千万人的教师队伍,其中优秀教师的教学经验应当是教学理论取之不尽、用之不竭的源泉。经验总结出来,还要注意推广,使少数优秀教师的经验,成为广大教师的共同财富。这样必将有助于提高教学质量。这篇文章讲的虽然是总结中学历史优秀教师经验的问题,对于总结各级各类学校各科教师的经验也有参考价值。我们希望各地教育科学研究机构和教学研究单位都能重视开展这项工作。
