在α-Al2 O3陶瓷管载体上 ,采用廉价的正丁胺模板剂合成了 ZSM-5沸石膜 ,探讨了成膜的一些影响因素。结果表明 ,载体性能、沸石晶貌、合成液状态、合成体系引入晶种等对合成沸石膜的质量均有较大的影响。载体表面性质不均一、外观不完整是影响沸石膜质量的重要原因 ,表面改性可以改善其表面性质。采用小孔径的载体 ,使合成液一直处于溶胶状态 ,以及载体表面引入晶种 ,也都可以显著地提高沸石膜的渗透性能
ZSM-5 zeolite membrane was synthesized on α-Al 2 O 3 ceramic tube carrier by cheap n-butylamine templating agent, and some influencing factors of film formation were discussed. The results showed that the performance of the zeolite membrane has a great influence on the performance of the zeolite membrane, such as the properties of the zeolite, the morphology of the zeolite, the state of the synthesized solution and the introduction of seed crystals into the synthesized system. Carrier surface heterogeneity, incomplete appearance is an important factor affecting zeolite membrane quality, surface modification can improve the surface properties. The use of a carrier of small pore size to keep the synthesis solution in a sol state and the introduction of a seed crystal on the surface of the carrier can also significantly improve the permeability of the zeolite membrane
