目的:评价东北刺人参茎叶提取物对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:实验小鼠分为空白对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)模型组、东北刺人参茎叶提取物高、中、低剂量组(按生药量计为5.2,2.6,1.3 g.kg-1),空白对照组与模型组给予等量生理盐水,连续给药7 d,观察东北刺人参茎叶提取物对实验动物免疫器官脏器指数、碳粒廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响。结果:与模型组比较,东北刺人参茎叶提取物各剂量组均能显著提高小鼠免疫脏器指数、单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及小鼠DTH(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:东北刺人参茎叶提取物有提高免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of extract of stem and leaf of Gailouli (Thomptella arboreae) on immune function in immunosuppressed mice. Methods: The experimental mice were divided into blank control group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) model group, northeast aconite stem and leaf extract high, medium and low dose groups (according to the crude drug amount of 5.2,2.6,1.3 g.kg-1 ), And the blank control group and model group were given the same amount of saline for continuous administration for 7 days. The effects of stem and leaf extract of Radix Aconiti Preparatum on immune organ index, carbon clearance ability, delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) Impact. Results: Compared with the model group, the extract of stem and leaf of S. argentrion seedlings could significantly increase the phagocytosis of mouse immune organ index and monocyte-macrophage and the DTH of mice (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01). Conclusion: The extract of stem and leaf of Thorn ginseng in northeast China can improve the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
