(一) 问题的提出为确保旅客列车安全,东方红〈1〉型内燃机车在运行过程中,要求机车乘务员时刻关注第二万向轴吊挂轴承的运动温度情况。吊挂轴承温度过高将烧损轴承,严重时甚至可能发生万向轴折损,直接威胁着列车的安全。为此,规定凡站停超过五分钟的车站,乘务员要爬到机车底部用手摸两个吊挂轴承的温度,特别是夜间行车,给乘务员增加了很大的劳动强度,同时也严重威胁着乘务员的人身安全。因此,提出了东方红〈1〉型内燃机车吊挂轴承的测温问题。
