为了促进北京市轨道交通与土地利用的协调发展,发挥轨道交通车站地区的综合效益,对现状站点地区在规划建设中存在的轨道交通与土地不协调问题进行剖析,借鉴TOD理论及日本、香港相关实践案例的经验,从规划设计的层面,对北京市地铁9号线花乡站地区规划设计实践进行了探讨。提出轨道交通站点地区整体规划设计的思路,并从优化调整周边土地利用、创造为人行服务的交通环境、综合利用地下空间、塑造高品质的站区景观环境4个方面提出具体的规划对策。
In order to promote the coordinated development of rail transit and land use in Beijing and to bring the comprehensive benefits of the rail transit station area into full play, the paper analyzes the existing problem of rail transit and land incoordination in the planning and construction of the existing site area, and draws lessons from the TOD theory and the correlation between Japan and Hong Kong Practice case, from the planning and design level, the planning and design practice of Huaxiang Station in Beijing Metro Line 9 is discussed. Put forward the idea of overall planning and design of rail transit station area, and put forward specific planning measures from four aspects: optimizing and adjusting the surrounding land utilization, creating traffic environment serving the pedestrian, comprehensive utilization of underground space and shaping high quality station landscape.
