采用小鼠肿瘤模型 ,观察扶正抑瘤冲剂对小鼠移植性肉瘤 S1 80 和肝癌 Heps的瘤重和免疫器官的重量、吞噬细胞的吞噬功能的影响 ,并观察其对化疗 (5 -FU、CTX)的增效减毒作用。结果表明该冲剂对实验小鼠移植性肿瘤具有明显的抑制作用 ,可提高化疗药引起的白细胞减少 ,增加免疫器官的重量。提示该冲剂对化疗具有增效减毒的功效 ,为临床提供了可靠的实验依据 ,具有临床指导价值。
A mouse tumor model was used to observe the effect of Fuzheng Yiliu Granule on the tumor weight of transplanted sarcoma S1 80 and hepatoma Heps, weight of immune organs, and phagocytic function of phagocytic cells in mice, and observed its effect on chemotherapy (5-FU, CTX) ) The synergistic attenuating effect.
