马克·吐温的《哈克贝利·芬历险记》同荷马的《奥德赛》存在诸多相似性,最明显的相似性体现在两者都是由沿着某个水体展开的一系列冒险活动所建构的长篇旅行文学著作。水体不仅仅起到将冒险活动串联的作用,更凸显其在作品中表达象征意义的功能。本文通过对《奥德赛》和《哈克贝利·芬历险记》文本和主题相似性研究,来探讨荷马古代西方文学巨匠对马克·吐温创作《哈克贝利·芬历险记》所产生的影响。
There are many similarities between Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and Homer’s Odyssey. The most obvious similarity is that both of them are formed by a series of adventurous activities along a certain body of water Built by the long travel literature. Water not only plays the role of connecting adventure activities in series, but also highlights its function of expressing symbolic meaning in the works. This paper studies the similarities and differences of texts and themes between Odyssey and Huckleberry Finn’s Adventures to find out how the ancient Dutch writers of ancient Western literature created Mark Twain’s Adventures of Huckleberry Finn Impact.
