目的:探讨采血护理人员与献血者沟通技巧,促进献血顺利完成。方法:成立循证护理管理小组,分析2015年1~10月期间的750名献血者为研究对象。通过分析之前沟通中存在的常见问题,开展新应对技巧。比较实施新的应对技巧前后献血者对护理工作的满意度与对献血的认可度。结果:开展新的沟通技巧后,提升了献血者对无偿献血的认可度与对护理工作的满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沟通是一门艺术,采血护士通过与献血者的良好沟通,促进献血过程顺利且愉快完成,提高献血者的认同度。
Objective: To explore the communication skills between blood donation nurses and blood donors to promote successful completion of blood donation. METHODS: An evidence-based nursing management team was set up to analyze 750 blood donors from January to October 2015 for the study. Develop new coping skills by analyzing common problems in previous communications. Compare the satisfaction of blood donors with nursing work and blood donation before and after the implementation of new coping skills. Results: After carrying out new communication skills, the approval of blood donors for voluntary blood donation and the satisfaction with nursing work were improved. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Communication is an art. Blood donation nurses, through good communication with blood donors, can promote the smooth and pleasant blood donation process and improve the approval of blood donors.
