目的：了解社区中精神分裂症病人社会功能的缺陷情况。方法：在佛山市城区，以ＣＣＭＤ－２－Ｒ精神分裂症诊断标准，再以社会功能缺陷量表作评定。结果：２５８例精神分裂症病人均有不同程度的社会功能缺陷，其影响因素与年龄、性别、受教育程度、婚姻状况和家族史有关。结论：精神分裂症病人即使经过充分治疗，仍残留一定的社会功能缺陷，在社区康复工作中，应对这类病人有重点、有针对性地实施必要的康复措施。
Objective: To understand the deficiencies of social functions in schizophrenia patients in the community. Methods: In the urban area of Foshan City, the diagnostic criteria for CCMD-2-R schizophrenia were assessed and the social function defect scale was used for assessment. RESULTS: All 258 patients with schizophrenia had different degrees of social function defects. The influencing factors were related to age, gender, education level, marital status, and family history. Conclusion: Patients with schizophrenia still have certain social functional defects even after adequate treatment. In community rehabilitation work, these patients should be given the necessary rehabilitation measures in a focused and targeted manner.
