激励教育、赏识教育等主体性教育理论已经成为当前教育的主流理论之一,以往的惩罚教育已成为众矢之的。本文针对这种教育现状,在科学论证奖罚关系的基础上,提出了“责任教育”这一定义,指出实施“责任教育”应遵循的原则和方法,并就“责任教育”实施过程中必须注意的问题进行了阐述。 Motivational education, appreciative education and other subjectivity education theories have become one of the mainstream theories in current education. The past punishment education has become the target of public criticism. In view of the status quo of this kind of education, this paper puts forward the definition of “responsibility education” based on the scientific reward and punishment rationale, and points out the principles and methods that should be followed in implementing “responsibility education”.
