目前,很多制造型企业都在想方设法地提高生产效率,然而在确定如何提高时却又无从下手,往往出现采取了措施以后却没有达到预期的效果。而运用TOC理论(即约束理论)可以找出企业在生产管理中的真正制约因素,从而进行改进以达到提高产销率的目的。本文就以约束理论在制造企业生产管理中的应用,来验证该理论是如何提高企业的产销率的。
At present, many manufacturing enterprises are trying their best to improve production efficiency. However, when determining how to improve, they are unable to get started and often fail to achieve the expected result after taking measures. The use of TOC theory (that is, the theory of constraints) can identify the real constraints in the production and management of enterprises in order to improve in order to achieve the purpose of improving the production and sales rate. In this paper, we will use the theory of restraint in manufacturing production management to verify how the theory can improve the company’s sales and production rate.
