苏联先进生产者、钻工科尔钦柯同志,在今年四月间来我国表演高速钻孔和机动攻丝时,曾留下一套机动攻丝夹头。我厂用这套夹头进行了几次试验,攻 M6~M10的螺纹,只要半分多钟,而用手工平均要3分半钟;提高效率约5倍,并且质量完全合格。我厂就根据这夹头进行测绘和试制,并已制好一批,发在车间使用,效果都很好。现在把这种机动攻丝夹头的结构和用法介绍如下。(一)机动攻丝夹头的结构1)本体1的尾部带锥度柄,用来插在钻床主轴孔中;下部装有 K31-1、8×7×15A 的键,以带动套体2;中间装有套轴10,用来吊着套4。2)套体2的下部装有法兰盘6和胶木摩擦片15,其中摩擦片14、13与套
The Soviet Union’s advanced producer, driller Comchinko, left a set of motorized tapping chucks when he performed high-speed drilling and motorized tapping in China in April this year.
