Through the study of lithofacies, geothermography and Gibbs method, this paper has obtained a number of synthetic temperature and pressure paths for the intermediate-high pressure metamorphic rocks in the North Qilian geological profile of China. These methods of temperature and pressure, which are integrated by various methods, suggest that all the high-pressure metamorphic rocks in Qilian area record a clockwise temperature and pressure pathway, all of which start from the blue-lithofacies facies, Pyroxenite or chlorite amphibolite facies reached the highest degree of metamorphism, and finally in the process of returning to the surface through the greenstone facies. Neon-Argon dating shows that these high-pressure metamorphic rocks are dated from about 410 Ma to 443 Ma,
