The regression model shows that the social response to sexual work has a considerable contribution to the formation of the harmfulness of female sex workers. At the individual level, the police’s ban on work forced small-scale street vendors such as hair salons and sex workers in medium-sized and large establishments such as KTV to move their service locations outside the private rooms of the premises and thus fall into a more vulnerable work environment; at the general level, The ban on work has weakened the willingness of sex workers to seek legal remedies after they were killed, and sex workers have thus become a suitable target of aggression and their overall victimization has been magnified.
