目的了解济南市医疗机构口腔门诊综合治疗台诊疗用水细菌污染状况,为医院感染控制管理提供依据。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月,对济南市40家(次)医疗机构口腔门诊综合治疗台诊疗用水进行细菌学检测。结果检测水样379份,合格250份,合格率为65.96%,细菌菌落总数平均为2.6×103 CFU/ml。水样合格率,2011年为61.81%,2012年为68.51%(P>0.05);水源水为70.37%,储水罐水为64.00%,手机喷水为57.97%,冲洗水为72.99%(P>0.05);二级以下医疗机构为52.22%,二级甲等医院为70.71%,三级甲等医院为69.23%(P<0.01)。结论济南市医疗机构口腔门诊综合治疗台诊疗用水合格率较低,储水罐水较其他诊疗用水合格率低。
Objective To understand the status of bacterial contamination of therapeutic water used in oral outpatient comprehensive treatment of medical institutions in Jinan City and provide the basis for the control and management of nosocomial infection. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, bacteriological tests were performed on the therapeutic water of oral outpatient treatment units in 40 medical institutions in Jinan City. Results A total of 379 water samples were tested, with a pass rate of 250 and a pass rate of 65.96%. The average number of bacterial colonies was 2.6 × 103 CFU / ml. The passing rate of water samples was 61.81% in 2011 and 68.51% in 2012 (P> 0.05). The water source water was 70.37%, the water storage tank was 64.00%, the mobile phone water spray was 57.97% and the flush water was 72.99% (P > 0.05). The number of medical institutions below secondary level was 52.22%, that of secondary level hospitals was 70.71%, and that of tertiary level hospitals was 69.23% (P <0.01). Conclusion Jinan City, the oral treatment of oral health clinic comprehensive low rate of qualified water treatment, water storage tank water than other qualified low rate of diagnosis and treatment.
