目的探讨健之素免洗手消毒液对ICU医护人员手上常见细菌的清除作用。方法①对40人次ICU医护人员手上细菌进行分型和计数;②分别采用健之素免洗消毒液消毒洗手30s后,自然晾干30s、1min、2min、3min、4min、5min,观察细菌计数的变化;③采用六步洗手法和非六步洗手法洗手30s,晾干30s,观察手上细菌菌落计数。结果①ICU医护人员手上常见细菌分别为葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌等;②健之素免洗消毒液消毒洗手30s后,自然晾干30s、1min、2min、3min、4min、5min后,细菌菌落计数分别为(2.7±0.4)cfu/cm2、(1.8±0.7)cfu/cm2、(1.5±0.6)cfu/cm2、(0.9±0.4)cfu/cm2、(0.8±0.2)cfu/cm2、(0.8±0.4)cfu/cm2;③六步洗手法和非六步洗手法,细菌菌落计数分别为(2.7±0.4)cfu/cm2和(9.4±3.2)cfu/cm2,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论ICU手上常见细菌以葡萄球菌等较为常见,采用六步洗手法,健之素免洗手消毒液洗手1min以上即可有效消除手上细菌。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianzhong no-hand disinfectant on common bacteria removal in ICU medical staff. Results (1) Common bacteria in ICU medical staff were Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, etc .; (2) After Jianzun Disposable disinfectant was disinfected for 30s, it was naturally dried for 30s, 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min and 5min Cm2, (0.8 ± 0.2) cfu / cm2, (0.8 ± 0.2) cfu / cm2, (1.8 ± 0.7) cfu / cm2, 0.4) cfu / cm2; (3) The bacterial count of colonies was (2.7 ± 0.4) cfu / cm2 and (9.4 ± 3.2) cfu / cm2 respectively in six-step and six- . Conclusion Common bacteria in the hands of the ICU are more common in staphylococcus aureus, using six-step wash method, hands-free hand sanitizer washing hands 1min or more can effectively eliminate bacteria in hands.
