本文目的在于观察氨苯砜在麻风病中的溶血作用以及与剂量和治疗期的关系。选51例用 DDS 治疗的麻风病人,所有病人血液学检查结果正常。多数病人 DDS 用常规剂量,小量开始,3～6个月渐增至足量。病人每月作血液学检查一次,研究期间每日服 DDS10～100mg。治疗期为数日至4年。检查血象、网织细胞计数、查 Heinz 小体以及红细胞渗透性脆性试验,此外作血胆红素及尿胆素检查。选择社会经济地位和病人相似的健康者70名为对照组,每隔3～18个月作血液学检查一次。
The purpose of this article is to observe the effect of dapsone on the hemolysis in leprosy and its relationship to dose and duration of treatment. 51 patients with leprosy treated with DDS were selected and all patients had normal hematologic findings. DDS most patients with conventional dose, small start, 3 to 6 months increased to full. Patients for hematology examination once a month during the study daily serving DDS10 ~ 100mg. The treatment period is several days to 4 years. Check blood, reticulocyte count, check Heinz body and red blood cell permeability of brittleness test, in addition to blood bilirubin and urobilinogen check. 70 healthy people with similar socioeconomic status and patient status were selected as the control group, and the hematological examination was performed every 3 to 18 months.
