四川省劳动保护学会职业卫生专委会、《职业卫生与病伤》杂志编辑部于1997年7月28日～8月1日联合召开了该会。出席这次会议的代表主要来自四川省和重庆市的卫生防疫站、医学院校及科研院所。会议共征集论文42篇，论文比较集中地反映了市场经济中如何搞好劳动卫生管理
Sichuan Labor Protection Society Occupational Health Specialized Committee, “Occupational Health and Wounds” magazine editorial department in July 28, 1997 ~ August 1 jointly held the meeting. Representatives attending this meeting mainly came from the epidemic prevention stations, medical colleges and research institutes in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality.
