目的主要针对护理风险管理应用在心内病区护理质量指标当中的应用效果进行分析。方法抽取2014年1月~2015年12月入住我院心内病区的患者540例作为主要研究对象,将其随机划分为观察组和对照组,各270例。其中,对照组患者采用本院常规的护理管理方式,而观察组患者则采取护理风险管理的新模式。将两种护理模式的质量水平变化进行对比分析。结果采取护理风险管理模式后,观察组患者的不良事件发生率及投诉率等低于对照组,且患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理应用在心内病区护理质量指标管理当中的效果非常显著,因此,值得在临床中应用及推广。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the quality of care in the heart ward. Methods A total of 540 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the main study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 270 cases each. Among them, the control group of patients using the hospital routine nursing management, while the observation group of patients take a new mode of nursing risk management. The quality of the two modes of care were compared and analyzed. Results After taking the nursing risk management model, the incidence of adverse events and complaint rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The patients’ satisfaction with nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the management of quality of care indicators in cardioplegia is very significant. Therefore, it is worth to be applied and popularized in clinic.
