针对一种新型PVC-O管材生产方法,从理论上计算扩胀过程管壁内的应力分布,并研究扩胀PVC管坯的最佳工艺参数。讨论两种不同扩胀比下管材与未扩胀管坯的强度变化。按照弹性理论计算,扩胀时管壁内的应力近似为线性分布,其中环向应力近似为均匀分布。扩胀后的PVC-O管材强度和弹性模量都有明显提高,但断裂伸长率降低;且变化的幅度随着扩胀比的提高而增大。通过对PVC管坯扩胀参数的优化,可以获得外观优良,强度提高明显的PVC-O管材。
Aiming at a new PVC-O pipe production method, the stress distribution in the wall of the expansion process is theoretically calculated and the optimum process parameters of the expanded PVC pipe are studied. Discusses the strength difference between two kinds of pipe under different expansion ratio and unexpanded pipe. According to the elastic theory, the stress in the wall of the expansion is approximately linear distribution, and the circumferential stress is approximately uniform distribution. The strength and elastic modulus of the expanded PVC-O pipe are obviously improved, but the elongation at break decreases; and the amplitude of the expansion increases with the expansion ratio. Through the optimization of the expansion parameters of PVC tube, PVC-O pipes with good appearance and obvious improvement of strength can be obtained.
