1.资料与方法 (1)观察对象:42例全部系急诊室病人,男27例,女15例.平均年龄55.4岁(38～67岁)。高血压病史2～22年。其中,高血压危象20例,高血压脑病8例,高血压井急性左心衰14例。原发性高血压38例,肾性高血压4例。合并高血压性心脏病2例,冠心病12例,肺心病2例,支气管哮喘3例。 (2)方法:全部患者嘱舌下含化10mg硝苯吡
1. Materials and Methods (1) Subjects: All 42 emergency department patients, 27 males and 15 females, with an average age of 55.4 years (38-67 years). Hypertensive history of 2 to 22 years. Among them, 20 cases of hypertensive crisis, hypertensive encephalopathy in 8 cases, hypertensive acute left heart failure in 14 cases. 38 cases of essential hypertension, 4 cases of renal hypertension. 2 cases of hypertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease in 12 cases, 2 cases of cor pulmonale, 3 cases of bronchial asthma. (2) Method: All patients under the tongue sublingual 10mg nifedipine
