为循环利用不锈钢炼钢过程中带出的除尘灰,解决不锈钢固体废弃物排放带来的环保问题,提出了短流程回收利用铁素体不锈钢除尘灰进行不锈钢电炉发泡造渣冶炼的方法。研制了以铁素体不锈钢除尘灰为主原料的不锈钢电炉发泡剂,开发了不锈钢电炉发泡造渣工艺。在100t电炉的实际使用中,每炉可回收利用5t以上的铁素体不锈钢除尘灰,发泡效果良好,基本上可全量回收不锈钢电炉发泡剂中带入的金属铁,并减少电炉冶炼铬损3.85%。
In order to solve the environmental problems caused by the discharge of stainless steel solid waste, a method of recovering and using ferritic stainless steel dedusting ash for stainless steel electric furnace foaming and slagmaking was proposed. Developed a stainless steel electric furnace foaming agent based on ferritic stainless steel dust ash and developed a stainless steel electric furnace foaming and slag making process. In the actual use of 100t electric furnace, each furnace can be recycled over 5t ferritic stainless steel dust, the foam effect is good, basically the full recovery of stainless steel electric furnace foaming agent into the metal iron and reduce the electric furnace smelting chromium 3.85% loss.
