数控机床作为产品加工过程中所需要的一个重要设备,往往发挥着关键性的作用。电气故障是数控机床发生频率较高的一种问题,大力发展电气维修技术对于降低损失并保障其工作效率具有非常重要的意义。本文就数控机床发生电气故障的原因及对电气故障进行诊断的方法技术进行了分析,然后在此基础上对数控机床在未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
CNC machine tools as a product processing needs of an important device, often play a key role. Electrical fault is a kind of problem that the frequency of CNC machine tool is high. It is of great significance to develop the electrical maintenance technology to reduce the loss and ensure its working efficiency. In this paper, the cause of electrical fault occurred in CNC machine tools and the method of diagnosis of electrical faults were analyzed, and then on the basis of CNC machine tools in the future trend of development prospects.
