用水提醇沉法对海芋分部提取,并观察不同提取部位对大鼠酵母性发热的抑制作用及对大鼠下丘脑中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的影响。结果表明:海芋对大鼠酵母性发热抑制的有效部位主要在醇溶部分;大鼠酵母性发热的体温上升与下丘脑中PGE2含量上升呈中度正相关(r=07254,P<0001);海芋解热作用机理与其对下丘脑中PGE2升高的抑制有关。
The water extract and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract the jellyfish fractions, and the inhibitory effects of different extraction sites on yeast fever and rat hypothalamic prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) content were observed. The results showed that the effective fraction of seabuckthorn-induced yeast fever suppression in rats was mainly in the alcohol-soluble part; there was a moderate positive correlation between body temperature rise and rat hypothalamic PGE2 content in rats (r=07254, P< 0 001); the antipyretic mechanism of Begonia is related to its inhibition of the elevation of PGE2 in the hypothalamus.
