基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,建立了一种考虑冷却水进出口温差的冷却壁数值模型,并利用热态试验研究确立了更为准确的数值模拟边界条件。对比数值模拟与实验研究结果,两者吻合程度较高,验证了模拟方法的可靠性。同时也对是否考虑冷却水进出口温差的2种数学模型进行了比较,结果表明考虑冷却水温差模型有利于全面模拟冷却壁运行时各项指标。模拟结果也为高炉冷却壁在线智能监测提供了理论依据。
Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, a numerical model of cooling stave considering the temperature difference of cooling water inlet and outlet was established, and a more accurate numerical simulation boundary condition was established by using the thermal state test. Comparing numerical and experimental results, the agreement between the two is high, which verifies the reliability of the simulation method. At the same time, two kinds of mathematical models considering the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water are also compared. The results show that considering the model of the temperature difference of the cooling water is beneficial to fully simulating the indicators of the cooling wall operation. The simulation results also provide a theoretical basis for on-line intelligent monitoring of blast furnace cooling stave.
