首届中国发明产品交易会1987年10月5日在深圳科学馆开幕。我院参展的三项发明是: 1.宽温域高阻尼材料。该材料不但阻尼温域宽(大于100℃的温域),而且阻尼性能好(在大于100℃的温域内,损耗因子持续保持在0.3～0.8),有效地克服了传统阻尼材料因温度改变而引起阻尼性能骤降的弱点。其中,有的品种为水乳胶形式,可制成无公害的阻尼漆;有的品种具有极强的粘附性,可以涂刷于多种振动基底。此外,该阻尼材料可制成阻尼板材、阻尼涂料以及复合材料等多种品种。该系列阻尼材料均已申请中国专利,有的已公开。乳胶体系阻尼材料和聚氨酯体系阻尼材料巳转让并投入生产,目
The first China Invention Fair was opened in Shenzhen Science Museum on October 5, 1987. The three inventions that our institute exhibits are: 1. Wide temperature damping materials. The material not only has wide damping temperature range (more than 100 ℃) but also good damping property (the loss factor keeps at 0.3 ~ 0.8 in the temperature range of more than 100 ℃), which effectively overcomes the change of temperature Weakness that causes a sudden drop in damping performance.
