根据钛与锆可以无限互溶的特性,进行了TA2堆焊Zr705工艺试验,并对焊后经热处理及不经热处理的试样进行了金相检测。结果表明,TA2堆焊Zr705,可以提高表面硬度;焊后进行退火处理,可以防止氢致延迟裂纹的产生。
According to the characteristics that titanium and zirconium can dissolve indefinitely, the TA70 surfacing Zr705 process test was carried out, and the metallographic examination of the samples after heat treatment and without heat treatment after welding was carried out. The results show that, TA2 surfacing welding Zr705, can improve the surface hardness; annealing after welding, can prevent hydrogen induced delayed cracking.
