爪盘式天线支架是随动系统的重要组成部分,是完成特定任务的结构载体。针对要求随动系统轻量化、天线阵子共面精度高的需求,设计了一种爪盘式天线支架。利用Solid Works软件建立爪盘式天线支架的三维模型,通过有限元软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析,得到系统的固有频率和振型;对爪盘式天线支架进行随机振动分析,得到爪盘式天线支架在宽带随机激励下的等效应力云图和位移响应。通过分析其动态特性,对支架结构进行优化,仿真结果表明,优化后的结构满足设计要求。
Claw dish antenna support system is an important part of the system is to complete the task of structural carrier. In order to meet the demand of the system of follow-up light weight and high precision of coplanarity of antenna array, a claw-plate antenna bracket was designed. Solid Works software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the claw-dish antenna bracket. The finite element software ANSYS was used to perform modal analysis to obtain the natural frequencies and modes of the system. The random vibration analysis of the claw- Equivalent Stress Cloud Maps and Displacement Response of Antenna Brackets Under Broadband Stochastic Excitation. By analyzing its dynamic characteristics, the support structure is optimized. The simulation results show that the optimized structure meets the design requirements.
