目的识别、分析丁苯橡胶生产企业的职业病危害因素及危害程度,探讨职业病危害的关键控制点,为防治提供依据。方法用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法。结果该企业主要有丁二烯、苯乙烯、甲醛、硫化氢、氨、苯等化学有毒物质,噪声、粉尘、高温、工频电场及紫外辐射。噪声强度较大的作业点集中在氨冷冻[最高达103.8dB(A)]、循环水和聚合、回收单元。其他职业病危害因素检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论关键控制部位为噪声较大的作业点与危害性高的甲醛、硫化氢、氨、苯、丁二烯、苯乙烯等毒物存在的环节。应加强职业卫生管理,对关键控制部位重点监测,对其作业人员进行职业健康监护,以确保劳动者健康。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards and hazards of SBR production enterprises and to explore the key control points of occupational hazards and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods Occupational health surveys, occupational hazards and other methods of detection. Results The main enterprises are butadiene, styrene, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene and other chemical substances, noise, dust, high temperature, power frequency electric field and ultraviolet radiation. Work points with higher noise intensity are concentrated in ammonia freezing [up to 103.8dB (A)], circulating water, and polymerization and recovery units. Other occupational hazards test results are in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The key control sites are the noise-intensive operation points and the harmful links of formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene, butadiene and styrene. Occupational health management should be strengthened, key control sites should be monitored and the occupational health guardianship should be carried out to ensure the workers’ health.
