梅江生态居住区是天津市继华苑、丽苑之后的第三片由市政府统一组织建设的安居住宅区,被列为市政府2000年度改善城乡人民生活20件实事之一。由市房管局组织,市安居办梅江筹备处具体实施梅江生态居住区的建设管理。 梅江生态居住区位于天津市南部,在河西区、津南区、西青区交汇处,行政隶属河西区。它东起陈塘庄工业区,西至卫南洼风景区,南起潭江道,北到南围堤河,与黑牛城道接壤,距离市中心6km,地理位置优越,处于天津市上风口,空气清新。整个居住区占地191.98 hm~2,规划总建筑面积178.24万m~2,容积率0.928,住宅建筑面积156.12m~2。居住区共分15个小区,2个公建区。梅江生态居住区汁划用5a时间,分两期建成。一期为起步区。起步区东至友谊路,西至紫金山路,南至珠江道,北至南围堤河,占地78.34hm~2,住宅建筑面积为61.32万m~2。共分5个住宅区和1个公建区。其中1、2号地是津南区自行开发和迁村地,5号地是已拨地单位和市话局建设用地,3、4、6号地是公开招商区。起步区计划两年时间建成,2002年
