目的:探讨动态消毒机的低臭氧静态动态消毒与紫外线静态动态2种消毒效果进行比较。方法:血站采血室,机采室,采血车分别采用2种消毒模式进行静态消毒和动态消毒,并做细菌培养。结果:2种消毒方法静态培养后均符合卫生部2002版《消毒技术规范》,经数理统计分析(采用卡方检验),臭氧消毒机消毒效果好于紫外线消毒效果。但只用紫外线消毒后,在采血中细菌数明显增加;而用臭氧消毒机后,能保持采血环境的消毒效果始终达到国家标准。结论:动静联合消毒是保持采血室等空气消毒效果的最佳方法。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic disinfection machine low ozone static dynamic disinfection and UV static dynamics of two disinfection effects were compared. Methods: blood collection station, machine room, blood collection car were disinfected by two kinds of sterilization mode and dynamic disinfection, and bacterial culture. Results: The two kinds of disinfection methods were all consistent with the “Technical Specifications for Disinfection” published by the Ministry of Health in 2002 after the static culture. The results of mathematical statistics (using chi-square test) showed that the disinfection effect of the ozone disinfection machine was better than that of the ultraviolet disinfection. But only after UV disinfection, the number of bacteria in blood collection significantly increased; with ozone disinfection machine, to maintain the blood collection environment disinfection has always reached the national standard. Conclusion: The combination of static and dynamic disinfection is to maintain the blood chamber and other air disinfection the best way.
