标准电容器或电容箱的精确测量,目前一般是采用1615、CO-11、QS-16型变压器电容电桥。当被测对象为带外露端钮的三端标准电容器或电容箱时,为了消除端钮间和引线露出部分间的杂散电容影响,必须作两次测量以求得增量电容,即我们通常所说的“增量法”。由于增量电容是两次读数之差,所以检测效率低,同时容易造成计算的疏忽误差。为此我们设计了一种新型的变压器电容电桥一直读高精密电容电桥。
