目的研究羊齿天门冬Asparagus filicinus的甾体类化学成分。方法羊齿天门冬用90%乙醇加热回流提取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。结果从羊齿天门冬90%乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分分离得到16个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为小百部苷A(1)、天冬苷A(2)、小百部皂苷丙(3)、小百部苷B(4)、asparagusin A(5)、Asp-IV(6)、小百部苷C(7)、小百部苷D(8)、calonysterone(9)、5-deoxykaladasterone(10)、25-hydroxydacryhainansterone(11)、stachysterone C(12)、stachysterone B(13)、蜕皮甾酮(14)、β-蜕皮甾酮(15)、20,22-异丙亚二氧基蜕皮甾酮(16)。结论化合物2、5、12为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物12为首次从天门冬属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the steroid chemical constituents of Asparagus filicinus. Methods Fern aspartat was extracted with 90% ethanol and heated under reflux. The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18. Their structures were confirmed by spectral analysis (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). Results Sixteen steroidal compounds were isolated from n-butanol fraction of 90% ethanolic extract of Asteraceae, and were identified as picroside A (1), aspartic A (2), picroside S (4), asparagusin A (5), Asp-IV (6), picroside C (7), picroside D (8), calonysterone (9), 5 -deoxykaladasterone (10), 25-hydroxydacryhainansterone (11), stachysterone C (12), stachysterone B (13), ecdysterone (14), β-ecdysterone (15), 20,22- Ecdysterone (16). Conclusion Compounds 2, 5 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 12 was isolated from Asparagus for the first time.
