近年来高职院校对学生的心理问题愈加重视,但对教职工的心理健康却关注甚少,特别是新入职青年教职工群体。旨在从实证调查角度研究该群体的工作压力和学习需求。从新入职青年教职工工作压力及学习需求的总体状况、影响因素等角度展开分析,并探索性地提出引导对策。
In recent years, higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the psychological problems of students, but they pay little attention to the mental health of faculty members, especially the newly recruited young faculty members. The purpose of this study is to examine the group’s work stress and learning needs from an empirical point of view. Based on the analysis of the working pressure of the newly recruited young faculty members and their overall learning needs and influencing factors, this paper also puts forward the guiding countermeasures in an exploratory manner.
