毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺隐性癌比较少见,现将我院遇到的1例报告如下。病历摘要女患,22岁。1年来颈前弥漫性肿大,伴心悸、失眠、善饥、烦躁、两手颤抖、怕热、多汗、体重减轻、月经失调,二便正常,无吞咽困难、呼吸困难。经口服碘糖丸,甲亢平等药治疗无好转入院。查体:脉搏120次/分,眼球前突,瞬眼动作正常,甲状腺呈弥漫性肿大,Ⅱ度硬,未触及结节,无触痛,随吞咽上下移动,腺体可闻血管杂 Toxic diffuse goiter with thyroid recessive cancer is relatively rare, now our hospital encountered a report as follows.
