目的研究细菌污染对安德森采样器采样结果的影响及其消毒方法。方法通过人工污染和现场采样培养法,对采样器污染影响采样结果和消毒效果进行了评价。结果直接附着菌染菌采样器表面不影响采样结果。粉尘菌污染采样器表面所采样的平板上生长菌数明显高于未污染的采样器采样结果。对污染较重现场采样后采样器消毒与否,对较洁净场所采样果有显著影响。用75%乙醇擦拭消毒采样器表面不仅能获得良好的消毒效果,且对采样器无不良影响。结论粉尘菌污染的安德森采样器对采样结果有显著影响,采样器必须消毒后再使用,消毒方法可选用75%乙醇擦拭。
Objective To study the effect of bacterial contamination on the sampling results of Anderson samplers and the disinfection methods. Methods By artificial pollution and on-site sampling and culture methods, sampling results and disinfection effects of sampler contamination were evaluated. Results directly attached to the bacterial sampler surface does not affect the sampling results. The number of bacteria grown on the surface of the sample taken by the dust pollution sampler was significantly higher than that of the sample taken by the uninfected sampler. On the more polluting field sampling after the sampler disinfection or not, the cleaner place sampling fruit have a significant impact. Wiping the surface of the sterilizing sampler with 75% ethanol not only achieves good disinfection, but also has no adverse effect on the sampler. Conclusions Anderson sampler contaminated by dust bacteria has a significant effect on the sampling results. The sampler must be sterilized before use. The disinfection method can be selected with 75% ethanol.
