热风炉顶温度测量的热电偶,经常损坏。使用寿命低,浪费很大。武钢计器车间经过多次研究,提出了一种改进方案,并在大部分热风炉上进行了三年的试验,结果使热电偶的寿命由原来的1-6天延长到现在的2-6个月,平均在三个月左右。这样每座高炉每年就可为国家节约2~3万元的财富,同时还保证了热风炉顶温度的连续测量,满足了当前生产需要,并为热风炉燃烧自动调节设备的运转创造了条件。一般热风炉顶热电偶损坏的原因,主要是热电偶磁保护管破裂。我们经过长期的观察,发现热风炉顶热电偶磁保护管的损坏与热风炉内热风的流动有很大的关系。如图所示,由于炉顶耐火砖2与铁壳1之间存在着很大的空间,燃烧时拱顶空间的压力很低,转入送风后,拱顶空间与热风炉炉膛的压力差很大,保护套管6与耐火砖2之间的结
