建设轨道交通,是宁波公共交通建设史上最浩大的惠民工程、民心工程和德政工程。为进一步统一思想,本文深入挖掘当前建设宁波轨道交通的现实意义,探讨了当前建设轨道交通的可能性、可行性和适时性,基于创业创新的精神,提出建设宁波轨道交通的四大思考和三大对策建议。 The construction of rail transit is the most extensive Huimin project, popular project and ethical project in the history of public transport construction in Ningbo. In order to further unify our thinking, this paper digs the practical significance of current construction of rail transit in Ningbo, probes into the possibility, feasibility and timeliness of the current construction of rail transit. Based on the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper proposes four major considerations and three Great policy advice.
