对双流道泵叶轮内 3维不可压湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算采用了雷诺时均 N - S方程和修正了的 k-ε湍流模型 ,计算在体贴坐标系和交错网格中进行并采用了 SIMPL E- C算法。计算结果首次揭示了双流道泵叶轮内湍流流动的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律。研究结果可以用来对双流道泵进行性能预测并为双流道泵的优化设计创造了条件
The numerical simulation of 3-D incompressible turbulent flow in a dual-flow pump impeller was carried out. The Reynolds time-averaged N - S equation and the modified k-ε turbulence model are used in the calculation. The calculation is carried out in a considerate coordinate system and in a staggered grid using the SIMPL E-C algorithm. The calculation results reveal for the first time the distribution of turbulent flow velocity, pressure distribution and turbulent kinetic energy in the impeller of a dual-flow pump. The results of the study can be used to predict the performance of dual-channel pumps and to create the optimal design for dual-channel pumps
