目的应用标准分法对临床科室进行效益综合评价,为医院管理中有关综合评价的问题提供方法。方法参考高考标准分制度设置理念,将某院18个临床科室2013年-2014年度6项效率效益指标的原始值换算为标准分数,分别衡量各项指标水平及发展情况,利用象限分析法进行综合定位评价。结果妇产科、骨科、消化内科、眼科等位于第1象限,属效率效益水平相对较高且发展相对较快科室,其中妇产科效率效益水平最高,而骨科发展趋势最好;泌尿外科、中医科、神经内科等位于第2象限,效率效益水平相对较低但发展相对较快;急救部、呼吸科、血液科等位于第3象限,效率效益水平相对较低且发展相对较慢,其中急救部效率效益水平最低;普通外科、耳鼻喉科、心脏中心、神经外科等位于第4象限,效率效益水平相对较高但发展相对较慢,其中神经外科发展趋势最差。结论标准分法与象限分析法的结合运用可精确定位各科室效率效益在医院总体的动态位置,结果直观、可靠。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of clinical departments by standard points method and provide a method for the comprehensive evaluation of hospital management. Urology, TCM, neurology and so on located in the second quadrant, the efficiency and efficiency of the relatively low but relatively fast development; first aid department, respiratory department, hematology, etc. located in the third quadrant, the efficiency and efficiency levels are relatively low and the development is relatively slow, of which The Department of General Surgery, otolaryngology, heart center, neurosurgery, etc. located in the fourth quadrant, the efficiency and benefit level is relatively high but the development is relatively slow, of which neurosurgical development trend is the worst. Conclusion The combination of standard method and quadrant analysis method can accurately locate the dynamic position of the efficiency of all departments in the hospital, the results are intuitive and reliable.
