一、绪言直至最近,氮基热处理气氛系统采用的是高纯氮气,它是在深冷过程中通过空气分馏来制取的。现在,利用变压吸附(PSA)技术的发生器可以在现场制取一种纯度比较低的替代型氮气源。这种氮气由于含少量的残余氧,因此并不能在所有热处理场合使用。然而,由于经济和技术上的原因,这种气源已成功地应用于许多工艺中。本文将详细叙述这些应用的结果,并提出同样可以成功地应用这项技术的其它场合。
I. INTRODUCTION Until recently, the nitrogen-based heat treatment atmosphere system used was high-purity nitrogen gas, which was prepared by air fractionation during the cryogenic process. Now, generators using PSA technology make it possible to produce an alternative nitrogen source of lower purity in the field. This nitrogen, which contains a small amount of residual oxygen, can not be used in all heat treatment applications. However, this gas source has been successfully used in many processes for economic and technical reasons. This article will detail the results of these applications, and propose other applications that can successfully use this technology.
