目的:建立白英药材FTIR的鉴定分析新方法。方法:对白英药材不同药用部位进行红外光谱指纹鉴别,并进行相似度计算与分析。结果:获得了6种白英药材不同药用部位的红外指纹图谱。结论:粉末的红外指纹图谱鉴定法可用于白英药材不同药用部位的鉴定和识别,相似度的计算结果进一步证明了方法的可行性。
Objective: To establish a new method for the identification and analysis of FTIR in Baiying medicinal materials. Methods: Different medicinal parts of Baiying herbs were identified by infrared spectrum fingerprints, and the similarity calculation and analysis were carried out. Results: The infrared fingerprint of different medicinal parts of six kinds of Chinese white medicinal materials was obtained. Conclusion: The powder infrared fingerprint identification method can be used for identification and identification of different medicinal parts of Chinese cabbage. The similarity calculation results further prove the feasibility of the method.
