采用熔融法制备了P型填充式方钴矿化合物YbyFexCo4-xSb12,并研究了Co位Fe掺杂对该化合物热电传输特性的影响。在300~850K的温度范围内,测试了化合物的电导率、赛贝克系数和热导率。结果表明,化合物的主要相组成为YbyFexCo4-xSb12,EPMA结果显示化合物中含有微量FeSb2和CoSb2杂质相。化合物的赛贝克系数均为正值,表明为p型半导体。随着Fe掺杂量的增加,化合物的电导率增加,晶格热导率降低,最小室温晶格热导率仅为1.33W.m-1K-1,对于化合物Yb0.29Fe1.2Co2.8Sb12,在800K时获得最大热电优值ZT约为0.67。
The P-type filled skutterudite compound YbyFexCo4-xSb12 was prepared by melt method. The effect of Fe doping at Co site on the thermoelectric properties of the compound was also studied. The conductivity, the Seebeck coefficient and the thermal conductivity of the compounds were tested in the temperature range of 300 ~ 850K. The results show that the main phase composition of the compound YbyFexCo4-xSb12, EPMA results show that the compounds contain trace FeSb2 and CoSb2 impurity phase. The Seebeck coefficient of the compounds is positive, indicating a p-type semiconductor. With the increase of Fe doping amount, the conductivity of the compound increases, the lattice thermal conductivity decreases, the minimum room temperature lattice thermal conductivity is only 1.33Wm-1K-1, for the compound Yb0.29Fe1.2Co2.8Sb12, 800K When obtaining the maximum thermoelectric figure of merit ZT is about 0.67.
